Install PC Studio 7
(Only PC Studio 7 is compatible with the firmware upgrade service. If you already have other versions of PC Studio, please download and install the PC Studio 7, provided on this page.)

Connect your phone to PC via Samsung Mobile cable.

Run PC studio 7, which will guide you through the installation process.

Before upgrading your phone, ensure this requirements

Back-up the phone data before updating its software.
